VivaRays yellow, orange and red glasses are the BEST at protecting your circadian rhythm and actually do what they are designed to do whereas several other company's glasses do not, so they are well worth the "investment" in your health. The glasses have helped me to keep in circadian balance by putting on the orange at evening time and the red an hour-ish before bed - I fall asleep quickly, get good REM and Deep sleep and wake up without an alarm after 8-ish hours of sleep, which I attribute in part to the glasses. Also, the company is wonderful to work with and they stand behind their product. I had an issue to resolve and they quickly and efficiently helped me and were so friendly and kind along the way.
