6 Forces Targeting Your Pineal Gland (And We Call It "Normal")
Something strange is happening.
And once you see it, you can't unsee it.
For the first time in human history, the average person today is surrounded by forces that our ancestors never experienced 10,000 years ago, and not even a 100 years ago.
In just the last 70 years, less than a single lifetime, the human environment has been quietly, systematically redesigned.
Now, I want to share something with you. A prediction made by an Austrian philosopher named Rudolf Steiner back in the early 1900s, long before any of this was possible.
Steiner said that toward the end of the 20th century, powerful forces would emerge with a single goal: To disconnect people from themselves. From their intuition. From what he called their divinity.
And to do it... they would have to destroy one specific thing inside the human body.
The pineal gland.
Now, I'm not here to tell you whether Steiner was right.
But here's what I can tell you.
When you look at the six most widespread environmental changes introduced in the last 60 years — changes that are now simply part of daily life in the US, Canada, and across Europe...
They all target the same organ.
The pineal gland. The most electrochemically sensitive structure in your entire central nervous system.
Could that be a coincidence?
Today I'm going to walk you through all six.
What they are. What the research actually shows. And what you can do to protect yourself starting today.
What is the Pineal Gland?
Your pineal gland is a tiny structure, no bigger than a grain of rice, sitting at the very center of your brain.
Ancient Egyptians called it the Eye of Horus.
Every major Eastern tradition maps it to the third eye, the seat of intuition, inner knowing, and spiritual awareness.
But here's what modern science tells us:
The pineal gland is your body's primary hormonal timekeeper". It produces melatonin, the hormone that governs not just your sleep, but your immune function, your hormonal balance, your mood, your cellular repair, and how fast you age.
It reads light. It tracks the sun. It synchronizes every rhythm in your body to the natural world.
When it works the way it's supposed to, you sleep deeply. You wake restored. You feel connected to something larger than your to-do list.
When it doesn't? Everything quietly falls apart. Sleep. Hormones. Mood. Energy. The sense that life has meaning.
The pineal gland is the most vulnerable organ in your entire body.
Unlike the rest of your brain, it sits outside the blood-brain barrier — your body's protective shield. That means whatever enters your bloodstream... reaches your pineal gland first.
It accumulates toxins faster than any other organ.
Force #1: Targeting the Air
In the early 1990s, people started looking up at the sky and they noticed something.
Trails behind planes that didn't behave the way condensation trails always had. Trails that spread. That lingered. That turned a clear sky into a haze by afternoon.
Some said: "That's just condensation."
Others said: "No… something feels off."
They began asking questions about aluminum particles, geoengineering and atmospheric spraying.
And that's when it got interesting.
Because here's what happens when you ask certain questions.
First, you get ignored. Then you get mocked. Then you get a label.
And once you have that label, nothing you say matters anymore. The question doesn't get answered. It gets buried under the label.
The most dangerous population is not the one asking questions. It's the one that stops asking.
So let's think. Is aluminum being intentionally sprayed?
Instead of arguing on social media… What if we asked a better question: How would you actually verify something like this?
Here is how: biological testing.
You test your heavy metal levels on a normal week. Then you test again after days when you observe unusual persistent trails in the sky. Then you compare the numbers.
A close friend did exactly this.
One day, after noticing persistent trails in the sky, he did a heavy metals test through a lab and he compared it to baseline on a normal week when there were no trails in the sky.
When the results came back, he called me and he felt outrageous.
His aluminum levels were 10 TIMES higher than his previous test.
Now you may be thinking… Okay Aluminum is high… so what…
Now here's why it matters…
Aluminum is neurotoxic at high levels.
Remember what makes the pineal gland uniquely vulnerable? It sits outside the blood-brain barrier. That protective shield your body uses to filter what reaches your brain? The pineal gland doesn't have it.
Which means whatever enters your bloodstream reaches your pineal gland directly.
And aluminum doesn't just pass through. It accumulates.
Research has shown that the brain is considered a primary target of aluminum toxicity, with accumulation linked to neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders — including Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, and autism spectrum disorder.
A 1996 study investigating pineal calcifications reported that aluminum was consistently detected in pineal material and that aluminum concentrations in pineal tissue were markedly higher than in other sampled brain tissues.
Coincidence? I'll let you decide.
Force #2: Targeting the Ether
Meet Dr. Allan Frey.
Most people have never heard his name. Which is exactly the problem.
In the 1960s and 70s, Dr. Frey became one of the earliest researchers studying what electromagnetic radiation actually does to biological tissue.
In 1975, he published work that raised eyebrows.
In one experiment, rats were divided into groups:
- One group was exposed to continuous radiation wave RF at 1.2 GHz
- Another group was exposed to a pulsed wave RF group at 1.2 GHz
- The third group went through the same setup except the signal was never turned on. It was the "fake signal" group.
For context… 1.2 gigahertz is weaker than the general frequency range used by modern wifi, bluetooth, and cellphone towers.
The rats were exposed for 30 minutes a day for four days.
After the final exposure, researchers injected a fluorescent dye into their bloodstream and then examined the brain tissue.
And what they observed was striking…
The continuous wave group had a 7 to 10-fold increase roughly in fluorescence, while the pulsed wave group had a whopping 15 to 20-fold increase.
Stop there. Because this needs a moment.
The blood-brain barrier is one of the most sophisticated protective systems in your body. It is the reason you can inject things into your bloodstream that would kill you if they reached your brain directly. It is a wall. A filter. A guardian.
And in four days — four days — of exposure to radiofrequency radiation at 1.2 gigahertz... that wall started letting things through.
Now here's what makes this even more relevant to your life right now.
1.2 gigahertz is weaker than the frequencies emitted by modern wifi, bluetooth, and cell towers.
The rats got 30 minutes a day. You get 24 hours.
And here's what a compromised blood-brain barrier actually means. It's not abstract. It's not theoretical.
When the barrier becomes permeable, it opens the door. To aluminum. To heavy metals. To pathogens leading to neuroinflammation, cognitive decline, brain fog, memory loss, and neurodegeneration.
Now here's what happened to Dr. Frey's research. It was buried.
Is there a grand conspiracy? A calculated war on the pineal gland to disconnect the masses from their connection to the divine? I genuinely don't know.
But here's what I do know.
Your brain runs on electrochemical signaling. Your sleep depends on circadian precision. Your pineal gland regulates melatonin in response to environmental cues.
We are the first generation in history sleeping next to routers, carrying transmitters in our pockets and living inside overlapping electromagnetic fields 24/7.
The experiment isn't four days anymore. It's been decades.
Force #3: In 90% of the Food You Ate Today
Glyphosate
Glyphosate was first created in 1950 by a Swiss chemist for pharmaceutical research but went unused.
It was later patented by Monsanto and packaged as the ultimate solution for farmers to "kill weeds."
Monsanto has a brilliant strategy and sold it to farmers as the ultimate solution that will help them produce more by doing less.
Since the late 1970s, the volume of glyphosate-based herbicides used in the United States has grown by 10,000%.
Today, 9 out of 10 children tested positive for glyphosate in their urine.
Over 81% of the U.S. general population (ages 6 and older) has detectable levels of glyphosate in their systems.
Now here's where it connects to everything we've already been discussing.
A 2023 animal study published in Antioxidants examined pregnant and lactating rats exposed to a glyphosate-based herbicide in drinking water.
The male offspring, once adults, showed significantly lower serum melatonin levels. About 40% lower.
The researchers also conducted mechanistic lab studies suggesting glyphosate-based formulations may directly suppress melatonin production in pineal cells.
Pause there.
Once again… Another environmental toxin that happens to destroy the pineal gland? Coincidence? Hmmmm. Maybe!
Force #4: In Every Cup of Drinking Water
Fluoride
In 1945, Grand Rapids, Michigan became the first city in the world to intentionally add fluoride to public drinking water.
Why?
Because researchers in the 1930s claimed that they had noticed something… They claimed that communities with naturally higher fluoride levels in their water had fewer cavities.
Is this true? Maybe… After all, fluoride naturally occurs in spring water.
But here's what you need to know before you believe the claims of those scientists:
Fluoride in natural springs typically ranges from trace amounts up to 0.1mg/L. Note that levels can vary based on local geology.
Now contrast that with tap water in fluoridated systems of US based cities. Tests have reported anything between 0.7 all the way up to 5 mg/L!!!!
That's 7 to 50 times HIGHER than natural springs.
So what's the big deal?
Well, high amounts of fluoride are dangerous to the pineal gland.
Why?
Research indicates that fluoride has a high affinity for the calcium-based crystals that naturally form in the pineal gland, leading to increased calcification and a profound reduction in the production of sleep hormone melatonin and serotonin.
This results in a disrupting of circadian rhythms, sleep quality, and potentially accelerating pubertal development in females.
So let's ask the honest question. Is this really about teeth?
We all know that tooth decay is not just about fluoride. If the government is so concerned about the health of our teeth, why aren't they actively improving the very things that prevent tooth decay.
Like what?
Like supporting the farmers to grow dense whole organic food that is rich in minerals. Like encouraging people to get more sunlight. Like banning fluorescent and LED lights which have been shown to increase tooth decay!
John Ott, decades ago, highlighted that artificial light can lead to negative health outcomes, including increased tooth decay, compared to full-spectrum sunlight, as explored in his work highlighted by Mother Earth News.
So why not instead banning LED lights and fluorescent lights and making sunlight mandatory in schools?
Force #5: Flooding Your Eyes Every Night
It's artificial lights.
But let's be precise. It's not all artificial light. It's the blue-rich LED light, the screens and the overhead panels.
Now here's what's interesting. For over a century, humanity used incandescent bulbs. Those are closer to firelight because incandescent bulbs produce light by heating a filament. That creates a continuous spectrum. Warm, balanced and lower in blue wavelengths. It's closer to sunrise and sunset.
LEDs are different. They don't create light through heat like nature does. They create light through semiconductor excitation.
See? This is not how nature creates light.
Most white LEDs are actually a strong blue diode around ~450–460 nm coated with phosphor to appear white.
This light has been shown to increase inflammation during the day. This is exactly why you get headaches, eyestrain and feel tired when you are sitting under those LED lights during the day.
At night? The problem becomes intolerable because we experience the biggest mismatch we ever experience throughout our evolution disconnecting us from nature's information.
When nature signals darkness and time to go to bed, our living room signals 12 noon. This confuses the pineal gland.
Why?
Your pineal gland does one primary job at night: It secretes melatonin in response to darkness.
Your retina contains specialized cells: intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells that are particularly sensitive to blue light. Around 460–480 nm, exactly the range strong in many LEDs and screens.
When blue light hits those cells at night: Melatonin drops and your brain thinks it's daytime.
This is yet another force that attacks the pineal gland! Another coincidence? Maybe…
Force #6: Sitting On Your Face
Sunglasses
In 1913, British chemist Sir William Crookes developed lenses that filtered ultraviolet light. Originally, they were designed to protect industrial workers from intense exposure.
Over time, sunglasses became mainstream. And alongside that, a narrative grew: UV is dangerous, avoid it at all cost.
Really? Is sunlight dangerous? Could God have potentially made a mistake by coding a flaw in the most powerful force that gives life to all biological beings on earth?
Or is dose and context what actually matter?
For millions of years, human biology evolved under sunlight. Full-spectrum sunlight, including ultraviolet.
Your skin uses UVB to synthesize vitamin D. Your eyes use light intensity and spectrum to regulate dopamine, serotonin, circadian rhythm, and hormonal timing.
Light is not just illumination. It's information.
So how did the fear of sunlight start?
It all started with a few sketchy studies that were conducted back in the 1980s that created a lot of fear. The main one was done on monkeys at the College of Virginia in 1891.
The result of this study is highly questionable and they don't pertain to reality.
They tranquillized the monkeys when they used lid clamps to hold their eyes fully open — pupils fully dilated, blinking impossible. They were not able to blink.
Blinking, of course, is your eye's primary defense against intense light. The reflex that has protected human vision since the beginning of our existence.
Besides the physical abuse, they shone an intensely bright light with extremely high levels of UV light, which does not represent the balanced trace amounts of UV light that we get from natural sunlight. Also, UV was shone in isolation from the regenerative frequencies like red and infrared.
Yes, abnormal amounts of UV in isolation shone on dilated pupils will be harmful. There is no question.
Dr. Ott uses a great analogy. Giving too much oxygen at birth can blind the baby however it would be foolish to think that we need to avoid oxygen at all costs.
My analogy is that if you put your hand in the fire, you will burn it but it will also be foolish to conclude that fire is bad.
The same kinds of studies on laboratory animals that are highly abusive, repeatedly burning the eyes and skins of those animals with abnormal amounts of UV have been done to prove that UV light causes cataracts and skin cancer.
It surprises me so much that in the 20th century, with all the unfolding of science, many intelligent people still fall into this polarized unbalanced conclusion about nature.
Sunglasses is yet another force that disrupts serotonin production in the brain and therefore disrupting the pineal gland.
So is all of this a coincidence or an ultra intelligent designed protocol? It's either a coincidence… Or it's orchestrated by a very intelligent group of destructive minds… Either way, we must do something about it.
6 Steps to Protect Your Pineal Gland
1) Move. Sweat. Circulate.
The only and best way to detoxify the aluminum and heavy metals in your body is to sweat.
Exercise daily, run outside, sprint in nature and walk under the sun. Use the sauna several times per week.
Sweating, circulation, and heat stress support metabolic resilience and detox pathways through your liver, kidneys, skin, and mitochondria.
It's your duty to clean your brain from aluminum and other toxins.
2) Be Intentional with Wireless Exposure
You don't need to lock yourself inside a Faraday cage but you also don't need unnecessary exposure either.
Practical steps:
- Don't sleep with your phone near your head
- Use airplane mode at night
- Turn off Wi-Fi while sleeping if practical
- Avoid bluetooth headphones for long calls ⇒ Check out the Vivarays EMF free earphones
- Don't carry your phone directly against your body all day
3) Clean Up Your Food Chain
Glyphosate exposure primarily comes through industrial agriculture. You can't control global farming but you can control your plate.
- Buy local and organic
- Support local farmers
- Eat nutrient-dense whole foods
Your pineal gland depends on systemic health.
4) Upgrade Your Water Quality
Smart moves:
- Use a high-quality filtration system (RO with remineralization is common and effective) to filter out all heavy metals and fluoride
- Add trace minerals back into purified water
- Add a restructuring filter to your water
5) Control Light at Night (This Is Huge)
This one is non-negotiable. Blue-rich light after sunset suppresses melatonin. And melatonin is your pineal's primary output.
After sunset:
- Dim overhead lights
- Use warm, low Kelvin bulbs
- Reduce screen brightness
- Use Vivarays circadian evening glasses after the sunset
- Switch to Vivaray's nighttime circadian glasses 1 hour before bed
- Sleep in total darkness or use a black out mask
This step alone can dramatically improve sleep quality.
6) Rebuild a Healthy Relationship with the Sun
Take off your sunglasses.
If you're sensitive:
- Start with early morning light
- Gradually increase exposure
- Use a hat for glare instead of reflexively blocking all light
One last thing before you go.
This isn't meant to frighten you. It's meant to free you.
Because awareness is not a burden. It's the beginning of power. The moment you see something clearly, it loses its grip on you. You stop being a passive recipient of forces you didn't choose and start being someone who makes deliberate decisions towards your health and your family's health.
