It’s so easy to see how light impacts our circadian rhythms. Being in front of screens well into the evening does have a negative effect on sleep. I have seen it with my wife. She’s on the phone scrolling well after we lay down and she has rarely slept well as a result. We decided to invest in 2 pairs of the Blue Light Blockers. We wear them about 2 hours before bed and I also read a book wearing them as well. Ever since, I sleep undisturbed and I’m well rested in the morning. My wife sleeps better but I’m still trying to convince her to stay off the phone at night. Exceptional product!
A really nice pair of glasses with the clip-on nighttime red lenses. I am exchanging them for the Sol once it becomes available. The only issue I had with the Allegria is that they kept sliding down my face, especially when I used the clip-on. The Sol fits much better on my face, and I can’t wait for it to be available again. I’m buying a second pair—the first one was for my husband’s birthday.
