Vivarays sol 3 in 1 glasses have been an absolute life saver. After consistent use for the past few months, I've been going to bed actually tired and staying in bed till sunrise. Of course among other circadian forward changes I've made these glasses have been a core addition to my routine. They look great and feel sturdy/feel like they'll last a long time. Initially I had an issue with the first pair that arrived, vivarays replaced them right away and it was an incredible experience.
