I wear these glasses pretty much every day when I’m on the phone or looking at the computer. My eyes are really sensitive to blue light and so are my moods and my emotions in my sleep. Since I’ve started using these, I’ve really seen a difference in my sleep and my overall energy every day.. I’ve used a different brand before, and the results were not the same. I think Viva rays much better. I really like that they are sustainable. Very important
So comfortable. I love having the three different lens options and how easily they can be changed. Well worth the money. I have used other blue blocking glasses but these are the best. Well worth the money.
