I waited 10 days before submitting a review. I'm in my early 60's and have been having significant problems getting a full night's sleep for 2+ years now. Most nights I'd either wake up after 5 hours of sleep or wake up after 4, spend 2 or 3 hours doing quiet work, then get to sleep for only 1 or 2 more hours. I had already been getting natural sunlight at sunset and taking a tart cherry supplement. Once I started wearing these glasses, I've had multiple continuous nights of 7 or 8 hours of sleep. The 2 nights when I didn't were because I had to attend late evening events or couldn't wear these glasses for a full hour before bedtime. I'm not even wearing the darkest shades before bed, because we turn down all the lights in our home in the evening. But the darkest shades are handy if I have to take a quick look at a message on my cell phone during the hour before bedtime. These glasses are well worth the cost. Thanks!
