I have steadily been working on improving my circadian biology, as a former life-long insomniac, focusing solely on restoring my circadian rhythm with light. I get early morning light on my eyes and take frequent walks outside throughout the day. I also try and watch the sunset every evening. I changed all my lightbulbs to incandescent and amber/no blue-light. I avoid my cell phone after 8 pm and my bedroom is a sleep sanctuary. But, I was still struggling with sleep many nights. I started with orange lens glasses from another company and they were definitely helpful but wouldn't actually make me feel sleepy at a reasonable hour. Then I incorporated yellow lens glasses in the daytime while I was on screens and under harsh artificial light. That helped too, but it wasn't that dramatic for my sleep. Then I tried Dave Asprey's True Dark red glasses and I just couldn't wear them for more than a few minutes because they were so bulky, obtrusive, uncomfortable, and frankly, I felt ridiculous in them. Finally, I tried these Glo Nighttime lenses and not only were they lightweight, cute, and comfortable to wear, but they made me feel sleepy within 15 minutes of putting them on! I have been wearing them nightly for over a week now and I can't seem to stay awake for more than 15 minutes after I put them on. I feel like I've taken a strong sleeping pill while wearing them! It's a miracle. If you struggle with sleep, these are the answer. I recommend these to everyone. Thank you for making cute, comfortable, and most importantly--effective glasses, VivaRays!
