I found out about these through a vision workshop I attended . They seemed a little pricey , but I wanted a quality product , so I bought the Daytime Blue Light Blockers . I wanted them for my place of work , where we have those terrible overhead lighting. By the end of my work day , my eyes felt awful , and it was hindering my work . I got my glasses & wore them last week for the first time . They made a huge difference! My eyes feel so much better and actually it is helping with fatigue too. Someone said I looked like a rock star , haha…. I did feel like Bono !
