I’m raising my rating from two stars to five based on the great customer service. After my poor review of my new glasses Joy Nassif personally contacted me and asked what nose pads and ear cushions I was using and where I got them. She also said that if I was still having problems that they would work with me. Since she asked I will put the the links for the nose pads and ear cushions I bought. Also, I would like to say that I do like the ear hooks which came with the glasses.
