• Our VivaRays frames and lenses are backed by a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Additionally, we replace any glasses that arrive defective, damaged, or fulty within 10 days of receipt.

Processing timeline:

• For no prescription glasses, your order will be shipped in the next 24- 48 working hours.
• For prescription or readers, it takes between 10-20 business days depending on the job order.

Delivery times:

1. Canada: 2- 6 business days (Standard shipping) & 2-4 business days (express shipping)
2. USA: 5- 9 business days (Standard shipping) & 2-4 business days ( express shipping).
3. Rest of the world: 5-12 working days.

Custom Duties:

For Prescription or customized glasses and lenses; customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be collected upon delivery. Kindly check your local post office for more details.

For Non prescription items; customs duties, taxes, or import fees are covered upon shipping. If any additional fees are collected for the package, kindly email us the receipt and we'll be happy to reimburse it for you. This applies to newly ordered items; any previous orders are not eligible.
