VivaRay 4:1 glasses are the perfect circadian support

I have the 4 in one Alegria set and I love them. Any questions that I had during the process of ordering were answered clearly and quickly. I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and love that when I am outside I can keep my prescription glasses on and see what I need to. I can also take them off and let my eyes be even better exposed to the sun. Having these glasses allows me to add the evening clip on which is less dark. Given the time of year here in New England I am not needing them for long before I switch to the nighttime clip on. I know that especially in the winter months I will get more use from the evening clips and look forward for the ability to begin blocking bad light and still visually see well. I am also sleeping better than I could have imagined since using my VivaRays. The articles that are sent are also very informative and helpful. Thank you VivaRays staff for all you do to support your customers in living the natural rhythm we are meant to.

These glasses have honestly made such a difference for me

As someone who suffers with migraines and has had a TBI, I can feel a lot of strain and pressure around my eyes, especially with screens and artificial light. Since using the Sunkist Clip’N’Go Blue Light Blockers, my eyes feel calmer and less stressed.
The biggest gift has been my sleep. I am now getting around six hours of continuous, undisturbed sleep, which feels huge for me.
